Our Services

ALCYCLE is Australia’s leading manufacturers of high grade aluminium ingot foundry alloys. We are also aluminium ingot suppliers to customers around the world.

From our aluminium ingot foundry facilities, ALCYCLE can supply, design and fabricate products out of aluminium material. Our staff has advanced technical knowledge of the aluminium recycling process to ensure that maximum output is achieved while producing high-quality environment friendly aluminium ingots. We produce both standard and customised aluminium ingots to meet our customers’ exact requirements.

Aluminium ingots are generally made from recycling aluminium scrap through an aluminium recycling process. Aluminium recycles are conducted because the aluminium recycling process preserves resources and less energy is required to produce recycled aluminium than extracting aluminium from its ore. It also has less impact on the environment, meaning the units produced are all environment friendly aluminium ingots.

100% Recycled Aluminium

We believe in a sustainable future. All our aluminium is recycled, ensuring we reduce the need to extract raw materials from the earth.

Energy Efficiency

Our process requires only 5% of the energy needed to extract new aluminum from its raw ore, making us a leader in energy-saving solutions.

Eco-Friendly Approach

With our methods, we significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize the amount of waste sent to landfills.

Proudly Australian

Every product we offer is designed and manufactured right here in Melbourne, Australia. Support local, think global.

Dive Deeper into Our Process

Discover the magic behind our aluminium manufacturing. We employ a unique smelting process, heating and melting aluminium scrap in specialized furnaces. This method not only enhances the purity and strength of the aluminium but also ensures eco-friendly production. Dive into our videos to witness our state-of-the-art manufacturing process.
